Steps to list your property

1- If you have a website or your property is advertised in another website, simply send us the URL and in most cases we are able to take the text and photographs from there to create your advertisement.

2- If you do not have a personal website or your property is not listed anywhere else, please email us the complete details of your property.  attach any  in jpg  form (at least 500 pixels wide in order to enlarge).

 

Q: I wish to list my property for sale, what shall I do?
A: Just Contact us . We will call you and pay a visit to check out your property and collect the information we need. In appropriate situations we will also take digital images for posting on our website.

Q: How long will it take to sale my property?
A: It all depends on the prevailing demand as well as the location, quality and price of your property. Some properties sell in one week, while some may take six months or more. And some don't sell at all, especially if the seller keeps jacking-up the price every time a buyer becomes available.

Q: How do I know the right price for my property?
A: As a property owner you'll most likely have an idea of property prices in your area of ownership. Set a realistic price that you are comfortable with.

If it's important for you to have an accurate pricing estimate you can request a formal valuation, in which case our qualified engineer will inspect the property and prepare a formal valuation report for you. Such valuations take into account the status and integrity of the property, the location, prevailing market rates, utilties, existing and planned amenities, foreseen infrastructure devellopments in the area, etc. There's, of course, a fee for a property valuation service.
